The resort is about an hour away from the Cancun Airport. They provide shared transportation although, you can book private transportation if that's what you prefer. When you arrive at the resort they take you to the lobby and bring you cucumber & mint water while you wait for your concierge. The process did not take long and we were being taken to our room. We originally booked a swim-up suite, but there was a slight mess up when we called to change the dates prior to arriving. When we called the resort, the representative told us that everything was the same and the date change was secured. Upon arrival we found out she actually booked us a tropical room and we did NOT want this. Unfortunately, all the swim-up suites were booked so we upgraded to the ocean view suite and we are so glad we did. The room was amazing and the view was better than we could have imagined.
There are 3 pools at the resort, we only visited the quiet pool. It has a swim-up bar and you can order some food items. The service is great whereever you go. Someone is constantly walking around asking if you need anything. They offer things like bottled water, mixed drinks, anything you want from the bar, and food items like tacos, chicken tenders, fries, chips and salsa/guac. We also spent a couple of days at the beach. They have plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas and beachside service. You can also order drinks and food items here.
There are 4 restaurants at the resort plus a cafe and a couple of bars/lounges. There is also 24 hour room service with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a late night menu. The restaurants include Mediterranean, Japanese, Mexican, and a casual dining place. They have a breakfast buffet as well which are located at the 2087 restaurant. We really loved every place we ate, but 2087 was our favorite. This resort is all-inclusive, meaning you do not have to pay for any food items during your stay. The spa is the only thing not included in your stay.
(Seafood risotto, Risotto Di Carne) (Lobster fried rice) (Salmon risotto, steak)
You are assigned a concierge with your stay who contacts you through whats-app. Our concierge, Berenice, took great care of us the entire time. She booked all of our reservations for dinner, reserved our lounge chairs at the beach and pool, and even delivered items to our room if we needed them. There are shops on the same level as the restaurants. They have a boutique, wine shop, monogram/embroidery studio, and a chocolate room.
Overall, this place truly was a 10/10 experience for us. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want a true 5 star all-inclusive adults only vacation, this is the place for you.

PROS CONS
Great food, especially for an all inclusive resort. The room service was just ok in my opinion, but everything else was really good. | They are constantly trying to sell you time shares. They did this when we arrived, they called our room a day or two later, and when we were leaving. |
Every single person at this resort was friendly and attentive. | We never had an issue with noise in the location where we were at except Saturday night. There was music blaring outside until 2-3 a.m. We think it could have been from a wedding reception but not sure. |
Safe. This resort is not very large and I never once felt unsafe on the property. | The drive from Cancun airport to the resort is about an hour and 15 minutes. |
Daily activities. You'll never get bored at this resort.
Fully equipped gym and daily fitness classes.
You have a choice of pools and the atmosphere you want to be in. They have a quiet pool with limited noise. Then they have two other pools that have louder music, a dj, and activities. |
